Envision
Gather and align objectives, high level requirements and desired outcomes for the project. The Envisioning Phase will ensure the right things are being worked on to meet the goals of the project.
Create
Capture requirements and priorities, define solution architecture and develop the project plan. The Design Phase will ensure all in scope requirements are clearly defined, prioritized and communicated and client approval is obtained to move forward to next phase.
Build
Construct deliverables from previous phases through iterations of construction, testing and releases. The iterative process in the Build Phase will ensure the requirements are thoroughly constructed and tested for a production ready release.
Evolve
Assurance of adoption and operation through on-going management, maintenance and measurement. Regular check-points in the Evolve Phase will ensure that both the client’s current business and strategic vision are properly supported.
